The Coppa d'Oro di Milano is a Listed flat horse race in Italy which is open to thoroughbreds aged four years or older. It is run at San Siro, Milan, over a distance of 3,000 metres (about 1⅞ miles), and it is scheduled to take place each year in late April or early May.
The event formerly held Group 3 status, but it was downgraded after the 1995 running.
